• No Stacking Discounts: Our special offers can’t be combined, but we aim to give you the best deal possible!
• Flexible Payment Options: Choose from PayPal, Bank Transfers, or Crypto for your convenience.
• VAT Notice: All prices listed in tickets are excluding VAT; based on your country of residence and business status, VAT will be applied on top of the quoted amount.

• Tailored for You: Our builds are crafted to your exact specifications and desires. Your vision, our craftsmanship.
• Flexible Revisions: We’re here to make your dream map a reality, with reasonable adjustments included. Note: Significant changes may incur additional costs.
• Ownership and Resale: Custom builds are for your use alone, unless otherwise agreed upon (with potential extra costs).
• Support Guaranteed: Encounter an issue within a year of purchase? We’ll fix it at no extra charge.
• Payment Structure: To kickstart your project, we require a 50% deposit. Full payment grants in-game progress viewing.
• Communication is Key: Unresponsive for over 14 days? We may have to close your commission, so keep in touch!
• Creative Use of Assets: While certain elements may be reused, your build’s unique features will remain exclusive unless you opt for total exclusivity (additional fees apply).
• Renders Included: When you order a custom build, renders of your build may be provided to you. We reserve the right to use these renders for promotional and commercial purposes (including selling prints, digital versions, etc.).

• Grace Period: A 5-day grace period is granted after the agreed deadline, with no penalties for minor delays, allowing for final project adjustments.
• Tiered Refunds: If delays exceed the grace period:
  • 10% refund for the first week post-grace.
  • An additional 10% weekly, up to a 50% maximum refund.
• Client Engagement: If work progresses with client’s active engagement and approval beyond the deadline, the refund policy may be adjusted or waived upon mutual agreement.
• Client-Induced Delays: Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback) exempt the project from refund eligibility. Project scope changes requiring deadline adjustments must be mutually agreed upon.

• Cancellation Clause: Changed your mind? We understand, but cancellations after work has commenced cannot be refunded.
• Quality Commitment: While we don’t refund based on subjective dissatisfaction, we’re dedicated to revising our work until it meets your approval.
