Project inquiries
When you contact Coastline Creations, we collect the details you submit, including your name, email address, company, project brief, and budget indication. We also process limited technical data needed to prevent abuse and confirm delivery.
How we use this information
We use inquiry data only to review your request, respond, plan potential work, protect the form from abuse, and maintain a reliable record of the conversation. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Services involved
Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Inquiry data is stored on Coastline infrastructure and a notification copy is sent to a private Coastline Discord channel so the team can respond.
Retention
Inquiry records in our contact database are retained for up to 365 days. Records created separately for an active client relationship or legal obligation may follow a different retention period. Private Discord notifications and encrypted backups follow separate operational deletion cycles. You may request earlier deletion where applicable.
